§ Child safety
Safe by design — not by accident.
Most students we teach are under 18. Every part of how we work is built around that fact.
Current Working with Children Check
WA WWCC #2940146, verified and renewed before expiry. Required for all tutors and staff who work with under-18s.
Sessions are observable
Online lessons can be recorded for quality and safety. Students are encouraged to take part from a shared family space. Parents are welcome to sit in on any session.
No private channels
All communication runs through the Ask The Prof platform or email with a parent copied in. No private social-media contact, ever.
Mandatory reporting
We comply with Australian child-safety law and will report concerns to the appropriate authority. Read our full Safeguarding policy.

How much does it cost?
Pricing varies by program — 1:1 coaching or the Holiday Program. See live pricing on the platform.
Can my child cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period. No lock-in contracts.
What year levels do you teach?
Year 11 and Year 12 ATAR subjects. We also work with motivated Year 10s preparing for senior school.
Is this online or in person?
Online only. Every session is intensive 1:1 online tuition — students across WA, QLD and NSW work with us this way. No in-person sessions.
What if my child is already doing well?
Most of our students are already strong — we help them go from a 90 to a 99+. The methodology is built around the top of the cohort, not remedial work.
Will my child become dependent on AI?
No. Our tools are designed to coach thinking, not replace it. Read our Acceptable Use & AI Disclosure policy for the detail.
